After paying the Application Form fee, please fill out the form below with your details, including an active phone number. Once your payment is confirmed, we will provide card information containing a Transaction Code, Serial Number and PIN.

You can then click the second button on the admission page to create an account and access the application form. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid any delays in the process.
