Mr. A. O. Shobowale

Born some 5 decades ago. He attended Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu for his National Diploma in Banking and Finance and Higher National Diploma at the Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State with Upper Credit. He proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka where he bagged B.Sc Honors in Business Administration with Second Class Upper Division. He also obtained his M.Sc (production and operations management) and M.Sc Finance from the same institution. Other qualifications are PGD in Computer Science and PGD in Education.

An Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM); Certified Member, International Professional Managers Association (IPMA-UK); former National Education and Professional Development Officer of the IPMA-UK, Nigeria Forum. As well as Associate of the Chattered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

He joined the service of Grace Polytechnic in 2004 and rose to the post of Head of Department of Banking and Finance in 2016. He was promoted from Senior Lecturer to Principle Lecturer in 2018. He has served as Assistant Director of School of Part-time Studies and currently the Acting Deputy Rector (Academics). He has taught at Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Ajayi Crowther University, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is currently a consultant on Entrepreneurship Development Programs.
